About Moracle

Headquartered in London, Moracle is a chartered accountancy and tax advisory firm offering a wide range of professional services, from audit and assurance, taxation and outsourcing to business advisory and corporate finance.

Welcome to the friendly face of exceptional Professional Standards You Can Trust

Founded in 2008, Moracle was born from a conviction that accountancy could be more than compliance and number-crunching. Our founder, Morlai Kargbo FCCA, brought together 11 years of experience at a leading London firm—including service as Audit Manager—with a passion for transformational thinking, creating what we call ‘Mindset Accountancy’.

We operate entirely remotely, bringing together a team of chartered certified accountants and finance professionals who share a commitment to excellence and a belief in continuous growth. Our daily mindset warm-up sessions aren’t just team building—they’re the foundation of how we approach every client relationship.

Our Reach

Whilst based in the UK, our impact extends across borders. Through Moracle Foundation and Global Impact Foundation, we work with aspiring professionals across African markets—including Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya—delivering skills development that creates opportunity at home.

Our clients range from ambitious start-ups to established SMEs, from local charities to international not-for-profits. What unites them is a commitment to growth and a readiness to think differently about what’s possible.

Excellence Through Regulation

Our approach has been recognised at the highest levels. Morlai Kargbo, FCCA received the ACCA UK Outstanding Contribution Award in 2019, and formerly chaired the ACCA North London Members Network. We're proud partners of leading technology platforms including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Spotlight Reporting, Digita Thomson Reuters, and Myworkpapers.

Our Values

We put people first

Every interaction matters. We listen, we respect, and we create environments where clients and colleagues feel supported, understood, and empowered.

Integrity isn’t optional. Transparency, honesty, and professionalism guide every decision especially when no one is watching.

Good is never enough. We challenge ourselves to think better, work smarter and deliver work that sets a higher benchmark for the industry.

Collaboration beats competition. We share knowledge, celebrate progress and build genuine partnerships that help everyone move forward.

Innovation comes from willingness to learn, adapt and question the old way of doing things. We embrace change and use it to create better solutions.

Our work is more than numbers. We support organisations that change lives, and we’re committed to making a meaningful difference in every community we touch.

What this means in practice

These aren’t abstract ideals. They shape real decisions every day. When a client faces a complex problem, it means we don’t just give them the answer—we work alongside them to understand their world and find solutions that actually fit. When a colleague is struggling, it means we notice, we listen, and we help. When we get something wrong, it means we own it, learn from it, and move forward better. We invest in development because we know our people are our strongest asset. We create space for learning, we encourage questions, and we celebrate both success and the lessons that come from trying something new.

Mission Statement

We are a firm that elevates organisations by empowering exceptional people—our clients and our team—with clarity, expertise and the confidence to make better decisions. We commit to delivering accounting and advisory support that is grounded in high standards, strengthened by innovation, and always centred on real human impact.

Our Culture

At Moracle, culture isn’t something we talk about once a year. It’s woven into how we show up every single day.

We believe that exceptional work comes from exceptional people who feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. So we’ve built a culture around five daily standards that guide everything we do. They’re not rules on a wall. They’re a living framework that shapes how we think, collaborate, and improve.

We work with one goal and vision

Setting goals aligned to Moracle's vision and purpose
Clarity matters. We set goals that align with Moracle's purpose and our clients' needs. We know what we're aiming for and why, and we take deliberate action to get there.

We treat everyone with respect

Leaving everyone with the impression of an increase.
Every interaction counts. We listen more than we speak, we challenge ideas not people, and we leave everyone feeling valued and understood—whether that's a client, a colleague, or a member of the community we serve

We're always willing to improve

Our internal self-image sets the boundary for our business.
Good enough isn't our target. We challenge our own thinking, we stay curious about who we're becoming, and we invest in our own growth so we can better serve others.

We're ready to find better ways of thinking

Leaving everyone with the impression of increase.
Every interaction counts. We listen more than we speak, we challenge ideas not people, and we leave everyone feeling valued and understood—whether that's a client, a colleague, or a member of the community we serve

We allow challenges to stretch us

Creating freedom beyond fear and procrastination.
We don't shy away from difficulty. We see challenges as invitations to grow, we push past fear and procrastination, and we celebrate the progress we make—individually and as a team.

When it comes to questions of business, charity, not for profit and private wealth, you need to partner with the best. Meet the team that make it happen.
